Enterprise Architect Lead

The Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a highly qualified Enterprise Architect Leadto support OCONUS customer to maintain a robust and reliable communication and network infrastructure to execute its mission. Enterprise Architect Leadis responsible for technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, development and integration, verification and validation, and fielding to bring about the successful completion of program, goals, and objectives., * Provide technical leadership and foster strong customer relationships to ensure program success

• Evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems
• Recommends and develops innovative technical solutions, products, and/or standards in support of DOW strategy and operations.
• Leads and manages the engineering staff performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance

• Masters with 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate with 13 - 16 years of prior relevant experience.
• Appropriate DoD 8140 Level 3 Certification
• TS/SCI
• Experience in evaluating and improving IT infrastructure and C5 ISR capabilities
• Experience providing technical leadership to staff involving multiple complex and interrelated project tasks

Desired Qualifications:

• Appropriate CISCO Certification
• Appropriate Cloud Solutions Certification (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience Leading Network Engineering and Systems Engineering Teams over past 5 years
• 2 years' experience developing and implementing DoDAF Architecture for CCMD or Service Components
• 3+ years' experience in INDOPACOM AOR leading engineering teams
