SAP Project Manager (Consultant)

The Senior SAP Project Manager will lead major SAP-focused technology initiatives, overseeing projects from initial concept through final implementation. This role requires deep expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, strong program leadership, and the ability to drive clarity across complex, multi-workstream efforts. The position supports both SAP and Data Lake-related programs, ensuring high-quality execution while maintaining strong alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives., * Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of SAP initiatives, including ECC, S/4HANA, RISE-related work, and integration with Data Lake platforms

• Define project scope, develop detailed schedules, build resource and cost models, and manage risks, dependencies, and status reporting
• Conduct project meetings, facilitate decision-making, and proactively remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum
• Oversee cross-functional workstreams and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of SAP-related deliverables
• Apply standardized PMO methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement in processes and execution quality
• Partner closely with technical teams to guide analysis, solution design, and implementation activities
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, delivering clear updates, insights, and recommendations

• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE migrations preferred
• Solid understanding of Data Lake architecture; experience with platforms like Databricks or Snowflake is a plus
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies

Additional Skills

• Strong business acumen and experience managing project financials, budgets, and status reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Planview or similar PMO tools preferred
• Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment and manage ambiguity effectively
