PowerBI Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Work directly with business stakeholders and leadership to gather requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple data sources.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and optimize existing reporting solutions.
• Build and manage SSIS packages for data integration, transformation, and ETL workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across reporting environments.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.
• Support enhancements and maintenance of existing dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
• Provide data analysis and recommendations to help drive business strategies and operational improvements.
• Document reporting solutions, data models, and processes for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
