Job description

United States, New Hampshire, Manchester 340 Commercial Street (Show on map) Mar 04, 2026 The Junior Salesforce Administrator will support daytoday operations of our Salesforce environment and help develop flows and data integrations across our organizations. This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who is highly motivated and excited to grow within a fastpaced, collaborative environment. You'll work closely with senior team members, business stakeholders, and end users to maintain data quality, support workflows, and assist with enhancements. A strong desire to quickly learn new Salesforce tools, features, and automation capabilities is essential.

How you will make an impact as a Junior Salesforce Administrator:

  • Support daily administration of Salesforce, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and data maintenance.
  • Assist in building and maintaining workflows, reports, and dashboardsto support business operations.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely, clear communication and support.
  • Participate in system updates, testing, and documentation of new features or enhancements.
  • Learn and adopt new Salesforce tools as necessary, including automation features, and ecosystem applications as the platform evolves.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and cleanup activities.

Requirements

  • Foundational understanding and previous hands on experience in Salesforce systems (Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus but not required).
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning preferred
  • Exposure to automation and integration tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Data Loader, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for learning new tools, technologies, and workflows quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • High level of curiosity, initiative, and a positive, teamoriented attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM concepts, data management, or business processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Exposure to automation and integration tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Data Loader, etc.).
  • Previous handson project experience in Salesforce systems.
