SAP Test Manager

• Serve as the SAP QA Lead, driving quality assurance across multiple SAP modules including finance, workflow, and business partner processes.
• Lead and manage QA activities across distributed teams while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and implement test strategies, including automation, to improve coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
• Translate business requirements into risk-based testing approaches and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, defect resolution, and release readiness.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Manage and mentor onshore and offshore QA teams.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
• Design, review, and execute test cases aligned with business requirements.
• Track, manage, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Support user acceptance testing and provide detailed test documentation.
• Monitor QA metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.
• Coordinate release management and deployment activities.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP QA leadership or management roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP modules including finance, workflow, and business partner processes.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience leading distributed teams.
• Strong defect management and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with release management and deployment coordination.

Should Have:

• Experience in the insurance domain, particularly property and casualty.
• Experience with SAP automation and testing tools.
• Knowledge of integration with external systems.
• Experience in business analysis or quality analysis roles.
