- System and Application Testing:
- Conduct practical testing of applications and systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive application and system documentation.
- Standard Operating Procedures:
- Prepare and update standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in system operations.
- Requirements Development:
- Skillfully develop and apply system requirements.
- Translate technical requirements into clear, concise documentation for non-technical end users.
- Data Management:
- Create and maintain data maps for data ingest processes.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data flow within systems.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers to understand system functionalities and requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
CACI is seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Engineer (Level 3) to join our dynamic team to support a DoD client in Suitland, MD. The ideal candidate will possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance and have a robust background in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, practical testing experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively., * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is desired.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
- Skills:
- Practical testing expertise with a focus on application and system documentation.
- Experience in the preparation of standard operating procedures.
- Strong skill in developing and applying requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical understanding into technical writing for non-technical end users.
- Proficiency in data map creation and maintenance for data ingest processes.
- Certifications:
- Must possess one of the following industry certifications (or equivalent education) at a minimum:
- CCNA
- CAP
- Security+
- CISSP
- CASP
- Security Clearance:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $131,800 - $290,000
