Job description
- Support the development and maintenance of critical regulatory and treasury applications within the Capital Management function.
- Assist in the technology transformation journey by designing solutions to replace legacy systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations such as Basel IV, FRTB, and others.
- Read and understand Python code and run reports in MicroStrategy to support data analysis and decision-making.
- Identify risks and issues proactively and suggest improvements to enhance system performance and compliance.
Requirements
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Python Developer to join their team. As a Python Developer, you will be part of the Enterprise Capital Management Technology (ECMT) supporting critical functions within Corporate Treasury. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization., * 10+ years of experience in a techno-functional role with a focus on financial services or capital markets.
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst supporting technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of SQL programming, preferably with Oracle Exadata databases.
- Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net, with the ability to read and interpret code.
- Deep understanding of Capital Markets, including Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations, and relevant regulations.
