Our client, a leading organization in the energy industry, is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team. The Salesforce Solution Architect leads the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across Salesforce clouds and integrated platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and proactive leader with a can-do attitude that has excellent skills in communication, relationship building, and conceptualizing solutions, which will align successfully in the organization., * Define and document scalable Salesforce solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.
- Translate complex business needs into effective IT solutions and strategic roadmaps.
- Guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment phases, ensuring architecture compliance and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), declarative automation, and environment management.
- Promote architecture governance, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and ensure thorough documentation and testing protocols.
What's Needed?
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with strong SDLC experience (Agile/Waterfall).
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT Architecture, with at least 5+ years leading Salesforce projects.
- Hands-on experience with Heroku, Copado, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Azure.
- Heroku Experience
- Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and collaborative problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other Salesforce Architect certifications.
- Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and ArchiMate modeling.
