Requirements

Successful candidates for this position will have training (BS) in a science or technology related discipline, multiple years of experience in software engineering, and previous experience working within a team environment utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other agile software methodologies and processes. The ideal candidate will also have experience with at least one of JavaScript (front-end frameworks preferred), Java, or the Python programming languages., Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

Deep expertise with cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) in production environments.

Proven track record leading cross-functional teams, translating business goals into technical roadmaps, and prioritizing work as a Product Owner (Scrum/Agile).

Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation, monitoring, and custom tooling development.

Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), service level objectives (SLOs), and metrics to drive continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

US Citizenship required for this role. Top Secret Clearance required to start the position with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Desired Skills: -Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and balance product vision with operational reliability.

-Experience with Git and contributing to open source projects

  • Prior experiences working under a microservices architecture such as Docker

-Experience working on a Development team within SAFe or other Agile Release Trains

-Demonstrated experience working across multiple teams and job functions; bridging both sustainment and enhancement priorities

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment, Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
