IT Support Specialist

You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and assist with resolving technical issues, device setup, and IT support projects., * Diagnose and resolve technical issues across PC, Mac, mobile devices, networking, and server environments via phone, email, and occasional on-site support

• Configure and deploy new computers and devices
• Perform software installations, updates, and system maintenance
• Assist with IT projects such as server setups, network improvements, and communication system upgrades
• Collaborate with team members on more complex technical issues
• Provide professional on-site support for client environments when needed
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation for support requests
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as required

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Problem-solving?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
• Reliable transportation required for occasional client visits
• Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record required
• Prior IT support or help desk experience preferred
