Job description
A leading utility organization is seeking multiple SAP S/4HANA Functional Project Managers / Functional Leads with strong SAP Service Cloud experience to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative.
This program will involve a multi-year SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration effort, with a significant focus on customer service and CRM capabilities within SAP Service Cloud. These consultants will play a key role in leading Service Cloud-related workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful integration of Service Cloud capabilities within the broader SAP ecosystem.
The roles are primarily remote, with occasional travel for key workshops, planning sessions, or program milestones (travel expenses covered)., * Lead SAP Service Cloud functional workstreams within a broader SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Serve as a functional lead or project manager supporting Service Cloud implementation and integration
- Facilitate requirements gathering, process design workshops, and solution alignment for customer service workflows
- Partner with business stakeholders in customer service, operations, and IT
- Coordinate with SAP system integrators and consulting partners to ensure successful implementation
- Manage project timelines, risks, milestones, and deliverables for assigned functional areas
- Ensure Service Cloud capabilities align with S/4HANA architecture and integration points
- Support testing cycles, deployment readiness, and change management activities

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud (Version 2 strongly preferred)
- Candidates with SAP Service Cloud Version 1 experience will also be considered
- Experience supporting SAP Service Cloud implementations, enhancements, or large CRM transformation initiatives
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA programs or environments integrated with Service Cloud
- Background serving as a functional lead, workstream lead, or project manager on SAP initiatives
- Strong understanding of customer service workflows, CRM processes, and Service Cloud functionality
- Ability to lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and functional workshops
- Experience working with SAP implementation partners, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
