Job description
- Main responsibility is to maintain the Bridge application that other Blues orgs use to process claims
- Needs a CW to help w/ everyday changes and request that they get from their customers
- Looking for someone who understands the architecture that is currently in place... Understand changes that will come in from customers. Help with system level changes..
- Not looking for someone who can code. This is a full - on system engineering role..
- Will need to be able to work not only internally but with customers as well
- Tech Stack in FEP Bridge: Understanding of Servers (CPU usage/data usage), 3+ YOE with AWS/AWS console (understanding of cloud migration), understanding of Security (will work with security teams to understand changes that customers need-Firewalls, IP address, access mgmt, etc..), Rest/SOAP, Axway API gateway but moving to Azure API Gateway, SFTP for file transfers, basic understanding of middleware tech (WebSphere, UNIX/AIX, Linux, Oracle, Windows etc...)
- Will need great comm skills as they will be speaking regularly with customers at the business levels and then translate into a technical requirement
Requirements
- Cloud migration exp (AWS or Azure is fine)
- Understanding of servers/capacity
- Understanding how basic connectivity works (firewall, DNS, networking, etc)
- Good exp working with Operating Systems (Linux, Windows, etc) and application servers (WebSphere, tomcat, etc)
