GenAI Platform Principal Engineer

GenAI Platform & Architecture Leadership:

• Serve as Principal Architect and SME for enterprise GenAI platform engineering.
• Design and evolve self service GenAI platform architectures enabling scalable adoption.
• Define reference architectures, reusable components, and platform standards.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into SDLC tools and engineering workflows to improve developer productivity.
• Ensure platform compliance with enterprise security, reliability, and governance standards.

LLM Engineering & GenAI Frameworks:

• Design and implement LLM based solutions including: o Prompt libraries and prompt engineering frameworks o Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures o Chatbots, copilots, and enterprise Q&A systems

• Optimize prompts, embeddings, and retrieval strategies for accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency.

• Build enterprise grade GenAI solutions using platforms such as Azure AI Studio, Azure Cognitive Services, and other approved GenAI services.

POC Development & Production Enablement:

• Lead development of GenAI POCs and pilots in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
• Convert successful POCs into reusable, production ready platform capabilities.
• Support modernization initiatives (e.g., legacy to cloud or COBOL to Java transformations) using GenAI accelerators.
• Ensure human in the loop validation for GenAI generated artifacts.
