Job description
QPCS is seeking a Program Monitor to support the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) program. This role focuses on program oversight, compliance monitoring, and collaboration with service providers, coordinators, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality services aligned with state and federal regulations., * Monitor and evaluate service providers, coordinators, and participants to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and record reviews to evaluate program quality and effectiveness
- Provide consultation and technical assistance to providers, families, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with clinical teams to address deficiencies and improve service delivery
- Develop, review, and recommend policies to improve program operations
- Analyze program data and prepare reports on findings and compliance
- Participate in developing and implementing corrective action plans
- Maintain accurate statistical data for internal and CMS reporting
- Represent QPCS in meetings, hearings, and community engagements
- Respond to inquiries and provide guidance regarding program requirements, billing, and eligibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
- OR combination of education and experience in human services, social sciences, or related field
- Experience in:
- Case management
- Service delivery
- Program monitoring or quality assurance
- Data collection and analysis
- Minimum of 12 college credits in social sciences or human services (if no degree)
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with autism services or waiver programs
- Knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, * Must have a combination of education, experience and training, which may include
experience working in a public or private human service program with at least 12 college level credits of education in a social science or human services, education, administrative experience such as case management, service delivery, data collection, or program monitoring/quality assurance experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
