Job description

QPCS is seeking a Program Monitor to support the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) program. This role focuses on program oversight, compliance monitoring, and collaboration with service providers, coordinators, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality services aligned with state and federal regulations., * Monitor and evaluate service providers, coordinators, and participants to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and record reviews to evaluate program quality and effectiveness
  • Provide consultation and technical assistance to providers, families, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to address deficiencies and improve service delivery
  • Develop, review, and recommend policies to improve program operations
  • Analyze program data and prepare reports on findings and compliance
  • Participate in developing and implementing corrective action plans
  • Maintain accurate statistical data for internal and CMS reporting
  • Represent QPCS in meetings, hearings, and community engagements
  • Respond to inquiries and provide guidance regarding program requirements, billing, and eligibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
  • OR combination of education and experience in human services, social sciences, or related field
  • Experience in:
  • Case management
  • Service delivery
  • Program monitoring or quality assurance
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Minimum of 12 college credits in social sciences or human services (if no degree)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with autism services or waiver programs
  • Knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, * Must have a combination of education, experience and training, which may include

experience working in a public or private human service program with at least 12 college level credits of education in a social science or human services, education, administrative experience such as case management, service delivery, data collection, or program monitoring/quality assurance experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
