Job description

PingWind is seeking an AI/ML responsible for architecting, implementing, and governing advanced AI and machine learning capabilities that enhance MODES III dashboard analytics, automation, and data-driven insights in support of Government decision-making., * Designs and leads the implementation of AI/ML models and analytic techniques to enhance dashboard reporting, trend analysis, and predictive insights across O&E and IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations.

  • Provides subject matter expertise in applying machine learning, advanced analytics, and automation to improve data aggregation, anomaly detection, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversees integration of AI/ML outputs into interactive, data-driven dashboards, ensuring insights are explainable, actionable, and aligned with Government objectives.
  • Establishes data preparation, feature engineering, model validation, and performance monitoring approaches to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions.
  • Guides the incorporation of AI/ML capabilities into Agile workflows, supporting rapid experimentation, iteration, and deployment while maintaining transparency and traceability.
  • Advises program leadership and technical teams on AI/ML best practices, risks, limitations, and opportunities, ensuring responsible and effective use of advanced analytics.
  • Collaborates with DevSecOps, data, and security teams to ensure AI/ML solutions are deployed securely, scalable, and aligned with operational and compliance requirements.
  • Mentors technical staff on AI/ML concepts, tools, and methodologies to build sustainable internal capability and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

Required Experience: 12 years relevant experience (an additional 4 years experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)., * Must possess a Secret Clearance
