Job description

Lead a high-impact web experimentation program focused on increasing qualified leads and self-serve sign-ups through data-driven optimization strategies. This role fills a gap created by an internal promotion and is critical to building a proactive experimentation roadmap rather than operating reactively. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytics-driven growth operator who can independently identify friction, design high-impact tests, and clearly communicate solutions across teams. Looking for someone who balances experimentation rigor with business impact and has strong B2B optimization experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Identify website friction points using Adobe Analytics and enterprise data tools
  • Develop high-impact hypotheses and A/B or multivariate test plans
  • Partner cross-functionally with Web Production, Marketing Operations, SEO, UX, and Product Marketing
  • Launch and analyze experiments in Adobe Target
  • Synthesize results into actionable insights and iterate on optimization roadmap
  • Draft creative and technical briefs for experiment execution
  • Wireframe proposed website flow improvements for design collaboration

Requirements

  • Must-Haves:
  • 5 years of experience in web optimization, growth, or performance marketing
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
  • Strong enterprise-level analytics capabilities
  • Proven B2B website optimization experience (non-eCommerce focused)
  • Experience leading structured A/B and multivariate testing programs
  • Ability to create clear roadmaps and prioritize experimentation initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in cybersecurity or large enterprise technology environments
  • Nice-to-Haves:
  • Strong AI literacy (e.g., Gemini or similar AI tools) to accelerate workflows and insight generation
  • Background working within highly cross-functional web strategy teams
  • Experience translating insights into wireframes or UX recommendations
