Job description
What you'll do... In this role, you will design and build scalable applications and services that power associate-facing experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence across the ADE ecosystem. What You'll Do * Design & Develop: Architect and implement robust, scalable backend and full-stack solutions for ADE applications. * Lead Technically: Set design patterns, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and resilience. * Integrate & Automate: Implement telemetry, monitoring, and DevOps practices for continuous delivery and operational excellence. * Solve Problems: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (RCCA) for defects; optimize performance and security. * Collaborate: Work closely with product, UX, and global tech teams to translate requirements into technical solutions., * Impact: Your work will directly improve associate productivity and engagement across the enterprise.

What you'll do:

Requirements
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages; experience with distributed systems and APIs. * Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). * Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable solutions. * Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for cross-functional engagement. * Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role., * Experience with ADE-related platforms (e.g., device lifecycle tools, identity management, collaboration apps).
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
- Background in mentoring and technical leadership., * Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking
- Ability to diagnose complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement scalable solutions.
