Exercise Support Division Lead

What You'll Work On:

• Oversee the Exercise Support Division consisting of Exercise Coordi nato rs, ARCHER Analysts, and Simulation Control Plan ( SCP ) and Exercise Support Manning and Equipment Document ( ESMED ) developers.

• Develop, maintain and update internal SOPs and policies .

• Ensure all Contract Deliverable Requirements List ( CDRL ) requirements are submitted on time and that they meet or exceed standards.

• Deploy forward during training events and fill the role of an Exercise Coordi nato r at forward sites.

• Motivate team members and facilitate team meetings.

• Provide guidance to team on development, performance, and productivity issues.

• Represent the team, presenting team suggestions and recommendations on processes and procedures in accordance with organization cost, quality, and productivity goals.

• Report to organization management on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity.

• Experience with Micro sof t Word and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of current Army and Joint doctrine

• Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 20% of the time

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in the military, or 10+ years of experience in the military in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as an Exercise Coordi nato r

• Experience as a field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major

• Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level

• Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability ( JLCCTC ) or Warfighters Simulation ( WARSIM )

• Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program ( MCTP )

• Master's degree
