Job description

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures.
  • Manage and optimize server and client operating systems.
  • Implement and maintain virtualization technologies.
  • Ensure network and system security through various methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot complex network and system issues.
  • Perform system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Monitor and optimize system/server performance.
  • Manage Active Directory and other directory services.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of computer networking, system administration, and cybersecurity, with a strong background in both traditional and cloud-based technologies., * In-depth knowledge of computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies.

  • Expertise in system administration, network, and operating system hardening techniques.
  • Proficiency with traditional and cloud-based virtualization technologies.
  • Strong understanding of network security architecture concepts.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Mastery of server and client operating systems (Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT architecture.
  • Solid understanding of IT security principles and methods.
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for connectivity and system component issues.
  • Proficiency in installing system and component upgrades (physical and virtual).
  • Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting virtual computing environments.
  • Ability to correct physical and technical problems impacting system/server performance.
  • Skill in identifying and anticipating system/server performance, availability, capacity, or configuration problems.
  • Advanced operating system administration skills (e.g., Active Directory management, data backups, system performance optimization, hardware/software installation and configuration).

Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and systems administration.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, RHCE) are preferred.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $82,700 - 173,900 USD
