Job description
The Quality Analytics Specialist develops and maintains advanced analytical processes that support internal quality excellence in manufacturing. This role uses datadriven methodologies to optimize performance, compliance, and quality standards while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver actionable insights that guide facility decisions. The position leads analytical program implementation, applying data mining and statistical techniques to align data strategies with site objectives. It enhances integration across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering through data visualization, reporting, and communication. The Specialist also drives continuous improvement by analyzing trends, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring the integrity of all internal analytics. Scope of Responsibilities
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to analyze data, identify quality improvement opportunities, and support excellence in manufacturing operations.
- Lead datadriven root cause analyses for quality incidents and noncompliance issues across internal teams.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance systems that track, analyze, and report key quality indicators.
- Oversee advanced analytical methods, tools, and resources to support effective decisionmaking.
- Conduct ongoing trend analyses to identify emerging patterns and proactively address potential quality risks.
- Facilitate effective communication with internal and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution and drive actionable improvement plans.
- Develop and improve documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with analytical and quality standards.
- Analyze, verify, and document quality data to ensure alignment with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of internal data systems and reporting tools to meet operational and certification requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to generate accurate product specifications, respond to customer requests and complaints, and support overall quality objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or closely related field of study)
- Knowledge of quality systems (GMP, HACCP, FSMA, GFSI, Auditing)
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving using software (Excel, Minitab) and Business Systems (SAP, PLM, RedZone)
- FSMA compliant PCQI and HACCP certified
- Familiarity with GFSI audits and regulatory inspections
- Energetic, self-motivated and the ability to act with a sense of urgency; Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying and solving quality-related issues.
- 2+ years of experience in Quality and auditing in the food industry with a broad understanding of industry standards and best practices
