ATE System Engineer

We are looking for a talented ATE System Engineer. In this role you will play a key role in shaping and operating these advanced platforms, working closely with the other R&D teams to develop, integrate, and optimize the next generation of automated test and calibration systems for Innoviz LiDARs., * Take end-to-end responsibility for calibration and automated testing of critical LiDAR features, including development, validation, and troubleshooting.

• Serve as a focal point for other R&D groups in your domain of expertise.
• Develop, implement, and validate calibration and test scripts using Python.
• Support the design and development of next-generation ATE systems for high-volume LiDAR production.

• B.Sc. in an exact science or engineering discipline (Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar) from a leading university; M.Sc. is an advantage.
• At least 4 years of experience as a system engineer working with multidisciplinary systems (optics, electronics, software, and algorithms).
• Proficiency in Python and MATLAB.
• Hands-on experience with system integration and debugging.
• Experience in computer vision - advantage.
• Experience in electro-optics and sensors - advantage.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to drive tasks end-to-end.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Fast learner who can quickly gain a deep understanding of complex systems.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
