Job description

  • Define and own the multi quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmap across priority AI use cases
  • Lead discovery, problem framing, and requirements for initiatives including ramp optimization, dynamic pricing and scheduling, reservations and customer support automation, and resource planning
  • Orchestrate vendor led workstreams and internal teams to align on scope, timelines, dependencies, and integration design
  • Oversee data readiness, environment setup, pilot execution, and scaled rollout across airports and business units
  • Establish KPIs, instrumentation, dashboards, and telemetry for every pilot, model, and workflow to enable clear ROI tracking
  • Partner with Operations, Reservations, Commercial, Sales, and CX leaders to sequence the roadmap by ROI, feasibility, and urgency
  • Define data contracts and integrations with platforms such as Databricks and core operational systems to support operations scale deployments
  • Guide workflow design for agentic automation, customer service processes, and mobile tools including voice enabled capabilities
  • Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices including monitoring, drift detection, evaluation, retraining, and cost performance optimization
  • Drive change management through training, release communications, demos, feedback loops, and executive updates

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, * 7 or more years of product leadership experience with at least 3 years building or launching AI and ML products

  • Proven success managing complex multi vendor AI programs and platform driven initiatives in the enterprise
  • Strong technical literacy across data engineering, ML, optimization, LLMs, orchestration tools, APIs, and operational systems including experience integrating with Databricks or similar platforms
  • Hands on experience establishing instrumentation, dashboards, telemetry, and KPI frameworks for AI products from pilot to production
  • Working knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices including monitoring, drift management, evaluation, retraining pipelines, and cost controls
  • Industry familiarity with Aviation, Ramp Operations, Private Aviation, Reservations, Revenue Management, or Customer Experience is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder influence, and executive storytelling skills with the ability to lead in ambiguous, fast moving environments
  • Strong ownership, structured problem solving, and a bias for measurable outcomes
