Business Analyst - Advanced (Power BI Expert / Project Manager)

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Analyze data requirements, database structures, and business processes
• Support database migration, implementation, and go-live activities
• Create data models, cubes, and paginated reports
• Monitor database performance, usage, and system efficiency
• Conduct diagnostics and performance testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend enhancements
• Provide project status updates to leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with data governance and privacy standards
• Work with third-party vendors for system analysis and implementation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reporting standards
• Evaluate data architecture and future system needs
• Support change management and business continuity initiatives
• Act as a technical advisor for BI and data-related solutions

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• (OR 4+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree)

• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• 3+ years of Power BI experience
• Experience with data visualization and reporting
• Basic knowledge of Data Privacy and Data Governance
• Experience working with IT systems, databases, and data architecture

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with Change Management
• Knowledge of Business Continuity planning
• Experience in Database Architecture and design
