Strong experience in z/OS Systems Engineering Expertise in Data Storage (DASD, DFSMS) Hands-on in Performance Tuning (RMF/SMF) Experience with DB2 Administration (backup, recovery, tuning) Good knowledge of JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, RACF
Nice to Have: CICS, MQ, REXX, Control-M
