Job description
We're looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to play a strategic "striker" role in driving business growth and innovation. You'll design scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, lead end-to-end architecture, and build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to solve complex business challenges. As a trusted advisor, you'll proactively identify opportunities, shape technical strategy, and influence senior stakeholders across the organization., * Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale, enterprise implementations.
- Develop PoCs to validate architectural decisions and accelerate solution delivery.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in security, integration, data governance, and performance optimization.
- Provide thought leadership on Salesforce capabilities, platform roadmap, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in Technical Review Board meetings to evaluate and approve solution designs.
- Contribute hands-on when needed, including writing Apex, building LWCs, and performing configuration tasks.
- Mentor development teams on architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.

- Mentorship: Guide engineering teams to elevate technical quality and architectural discipline.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI/ML capabilities, and industry trends.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and performance requirements, especially within financial services.
Requirements
- Salesforce Clouds: Deep, hands-on experience with Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Core Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
- Strong understanding of API integration patterns, OAuth, SSO, and Salesforce security model
- Expertise in data modeling, migration strategies, and performance tuning
- Integration & Middleware: Experience with MuleSoft, AWS services, or other enterprise integration platforms.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Enterprise Experience: Proven success in banking, financial services, or other large-scale enterprise environments.
