Job description
Client Coordination & Requirement Management
- Act as the primary liaison with onshore client teams to gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.
- Communicate requirements clearly to the offshore team, ensuring complete understanding and alignment.
- Track open items, questions, and dependencies across teams and ensure timely resolution.
Technical Delivery & Oversight
- Perform hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, cloud services, and related technologies.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps workflows.
- Review and validate test scenarios, logs, and debugging outputs.
- Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure quality, correctness, consistency, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Validate offshore development deliverables, ensuring they meet functional and technical expectations.
- Support design discussions and provide guidance on architecture, implementation patterns, and best practices.
Team Coordination & Support
- Serve as the bridge between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and daily progress.
- Identify blockers or risks early and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Review test scenarios, provide clarifications, and ensure end-to-end validation is completed.
Process & Quality Assurance
- Ensure development outputs are well-documented and conform to internal review controls.
- Uphold coding, design, and workflow standards across the team.
- Participate in deployment readiness checks and post-release validations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based systems (GCP and AWS).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with distributed teams (onsite-offshore model).
- High School Diploma / GED, * Bachelors or Associates degree.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in translating client requirements for offshore teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of workstreams.
