Job description
This contract opportunity involves supporting the launch of a manufacturing client's D365 System. Collaborating closely with the engineering team, you will document and input essential manufacturing data, including Bill of Materials, routings, item masters, part numbers, descriptions, costs, time standards, and process routines into the D365 system., * Manage the Microsoft D365 database, focusing on product information management, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure data accuracy in the D365 system and oversee the proper processing of inventory from purchase to consumption.
- Understand and apply knowledge of production processes, including routes, stage areas, and picking locations, and assist in determining minimum and maximum inventory levels.
- Ensure all Bill of Materials are accurately documented in the system, including necessary details such as part numbers, descriptions, costs, and routings.
- Monitor D365 data and provide ongoing feedback for system optimization.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Bill of Material Creation and understanding of its components.
- Experience with routings, including processes for finished products and the necessary machinery, tools, and labor for each step.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings (Blueprints).
- Strong attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience analyzing data and reviewing inventory transactions.
- Mechanical experience is advantageous.
Work Environment
The role is set in a manufacturing environment that requires interaction with various departments to ensure the smooth integration of data into the Microsoft D365 system. The work involves understanding and optimizing production processes using advanced ERP technologies. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
