Job description
- Develop and validate requirements for various communication, sensor, electronic warfare and other electromagnetic systems and components
- Develop and validate electromagnetic requirements for electricalelectronic systems, mechanical systems, interconnects and structures
- Develop architectures to integrate systems and components into higher level systems and platforms
- Perform trade studies, modeling, simulation and other forms of analysis to predict component, interconnects and system performance and to optimize design around established requirements
- Define and conduct tests to validate performance of designs to requirements
- Manage appropriate aspects of supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance to requirements
- Provide support to products throughout their lifecycle by developing root-cause analysis of anomalies and other engineering support as requested
- Support project management by providing work statement, budget, schedule and other required inputs and by reporting project status
- Write appropriate sections of proposals to support development of new business
- Work under general direction
Requirements
- This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Avionics integration experience
- Military Flight Test experience, * Level 3: 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level 4: 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15)
- F-22 avionics maintenance experience

Summary pay range Associate (level 2): $98,600 - $133,400
Summary pay range Experienced (level 3): $119,850 - $162,150
Summary pay range Senior (level 4): $146,200 - $197,800
