- Analyze customer manufacturing requirements to recommend optimal product solutions and configurations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept for potential customers in manufacturing environments.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to product application and performance on production lines.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers on product functionality and best practices in manufacturing.
- Collaborate with R&D to provide customer feedback and contribute to future product development aligned with manufacturing needs.
- Create detailed technical documentation, application notes, and case studies for manufacturing applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical).
- Demonstrated proficiency with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing processes.
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for technical explanations and client engagement.
- Proven ability to conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support., * Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, robotics, or vision systems.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, VBA) for automation or custom solutions.
- Familiarity with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD, process simulation) for manufacturing applications.
- Certifications or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for manufacturing performance insights.
