Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive business performance through data-driven solutions., * Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
• Collaborate with business teams to understand objectives and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Perform statistical analysis to support forecasting and decision-making
• Automate recurring reports and improve data processes for efficiency
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with company policies
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and compelling manner

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Strong experience with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
