Job description

  • Provide computer hardware and software support on LAN- or Cloud-based systems

  • Receive and respond to requests for service

  • Troubleshoot problems and perform diagnostics and root cause analysis on multiple platforms

  • Identify, resolve, and escalate problems and issues

  • Execute patches and fixes, and make recommendations for problem prevention procedures and controls

  • Develop checklists for typical problems to enhance the service-desk knowledge and tracking database

  • Maintain all related documentation
