Programmer Consultant

• 10+ years of experience in application development and problem-solving.
• 7+ years of experience with SQL Server/T-SQL and legacy or enterprise systems.
• Experience with CA Plex or similar model-driven/4GL development environments.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in government or judicial systems environments.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, API integrations, or Azure DevOps tools.
