Job description
Reporting to the Director of Compliance Technology Modernization, in this role you will serve as a hands-on technology leader focused on the implementation, optimization, and integration of advanced compliance screening platforms. This role emphasizes deep technical expertise in FIRCO, Prime Compliance Manager, and Quantexa, and requires a proactive approach to modernizing legacy systems into agile, cloud-native solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that screening technologies are robust, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements., Lead hands-on implementation and optimization of compliance screening platforms including FIRCO, Prime Compliance Manager, and Quantexa
- Collaborate with architecture teams to design scalable cloud-native solutions for screening technologies
- Develop and execute integration strategies across partner systems and data platforms
- Ensure screening platforms meet AML, KYC, and sanctions compliance requirements
- Work with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to align technology capabilities with regulatory needs
- Provide technical leadership in system upgrades, API integrations, and data pipeline enhancements
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices in screening technology deployment
- Support vendor evaluations and contribute to platform selection decisions
Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience with compliance screening technologies including FIRCO, Prime Compliance Manager, and Quantexa
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred) and hybrid deployment models
- Strong programming and scripting skills for system integration and automation
- Experience with data platforms such as DataBricks and Snowflake
- Deep understanding of financial services compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills, Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Cloud architecture certifications (Azure strongly preferred)
- Experience with regulatory reporting systems and API management
- Background in system performance tuning and data quality assurance
Benefits & conditions
The expected base salary ranges from $111k-$175k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
