Identity Management

The COOP Coordinator is responsible for supporting CASTLE-NET Continuity of Operations (COOP) and disaster recovery preparedness, including regular testing, readiness support of devolution, and coordination of recovery activities. This role ensures the organization's ability to continue essential functions during and after disruptions, working closely with project teams, IT departments, and stakeholders. The Coordinator also manages emergency response operations and Fly-Away Kits for rapid deployment., + Support COOP planning and disaster recovery preparedness

• Conduct regular COOP testing and readiness assessments

• Coordinate disaster recovery activities and response

• Manage Fly-Away Kits containing critical hardware and software

• Deploy emergency response IT services within 24 hours

• Develop and maintain COOP documentation and procedures

• Train personnel on emergency response and continuity procedures

• Conduct post-incident reviews and lessons learned documentation, Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or Emergency Management

• 4+ years of experience in COOP, business continuity, or disaster recovery

• Strong understanding of COOP principles and risk assessment methodologies

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

• Project management and organizational expertise

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and continuity planning software

• Willingness to deploy within 24 hours of notification

• Ability to work in austere environments
