Job description

We're seeking a Manager to lead logistics data migration and business intelligence initiatives that move data from legacy platforms into modern cloud data ecosystems and improve visibility across the supply chain. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and logistics operations, owning the backlog for migration and reporting workstreams and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

The successful candidate brings hands-on experience with complex data migration, strong fluency in modern data platforms (including Databricks), and the ability to translate logistics business needs into clear technical requirements and priorities. They are a disciplined product owner who can partner with cross-functional stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement in data quality and delivery processes.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in a Product Owner, Project Manager, Engineering/Development Lead, or similar role supporting data-intensive products or platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting data migration initiatives, including legacy-to-cloud or platform-modernization efforts.

  • Proficiency in SQL for validation, troubleshooting, and prioritization of defects and data issues.?

  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow orchestration, relational and dimensional modeling, and data warehousing principles.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud data tools such as Databricks and at least one of Snowflake, GitHub, Power BI, or Azure services (e.g., ADF, Azure SQL DB).

  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models and using backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between logistics business needs and technical execution for diverse stakeholders. - Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation environments with data supporting operational and analytics use cases.?

  • Background working on data products that support reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics.

  • Exposure to data quality, data governance, or master data management practices.
