SAP ABAP Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a decade of robust experience in systems engineering and software development, with a specialized focus on SAP's FI/FM, SD, and MM modules. This role is critical for designing, developing, and implementing customized SAP solutions that drive our business processes. The successful candidate will also bring expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, data analytics, and dashboard design to provide actionable insights., * Design, develop, test, and implement custom ABAP solutions, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW).

• Provide expert-level support and enhancement for the SAP Finance/Funds Management (FI/FM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM) modules.
• Leverage experience with MicroStrategy or similar Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to conduct in-depth data analysis, create sophisticated data models, and design intuitive dashboards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and innovative system solutions.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance and testing to ensure all development meets business and technical requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all development and enhancement activities.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in systems engineering and software development, with a strong emphasis on SAP solutions.
• Proven, hands-on experience with SAP FI/FM, SD, and MM modules is essential.
• Demonstrable experience with MicroStrategy or other leading BI platforms, including analytics, data modeling, and dashboard design.
• Must hold a relevant, current certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. Examples of highly desirable certifications include:

• SAP Certified Development Professional - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver
• SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP
• MicroStrategy Certified Analyst (MCA) or similar BI platform certification.

• Must possess an active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or a Tier 3 (T3) investigation at the time of proposal submission.
