Job description

  • Serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert, supporting managers and staff with performance management processes, workflows, and system navigation.
  • Coordinate and track the full performance lifecycle, including scheduling reviews, maintaining documentation, routing plans, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to staffing, training, and performance to support compliance and decision-making.
  • Support training programs by tracking completion, identifying gaps, and communicating requirements and opportunities.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including action planning, recognition programs, and event coordination.
  • Provide support for workforce planning by analyzing staffing data, maintaining tracking tools, and coordinating with HR partners.
  • Support leadership operations by tracking priorities, managing action items, and assisting with initiatives such as town halls, offsites, surveys, and organizational changes.
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and conduct basic audits of travel documentation.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage documents, presentations, and reports; maintain organized records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings and events end-to-end, including logistics, materials, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and personnel-related administrative processes.
  • Arrange travel, process expense documentation, and track approvals to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Assist with timekeeping and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain office operations, including supplies, equipment coordination, and general administrative processes.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Our client, a leading Pacific Northwest utility provider committed to public service and environmental preservation, is looking for a Program Support Specialist for their Vancouver, Washington location. This contract role will support activities such as town halls, offsite logistics, survey development, organizational documentation, and day-to-day program operations. Working closely with the OT Director, this position partners cross-functionally to ensure alignment, clear communication, and timely execution of team priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment., * BA degree in Business or related field preferred; 1+ year experience with degree, 3+ years with Associate's, or 5+ years without a degree.

  • Experience in process-driven customer service or operational support roles, with increasing technical responsibility.
  • Intermediate to advanced SharePoint experience, including site management, editing, and maintenance.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license., * BA degree in Business or related field preferred; 1+ year experience with degree, 3+ years with Associate's, or 5+ years without a degree.
  • Experience in process-driven operational support roles, with increasing technical responsibility.
  • Intermediate SharePoint experience, including site management, editing, and maintenance.
