Senior BI Specialist - R01562930

We are seeking a Power BI Consultant to drive enterprise-scale BI initiatives and shape data strategy. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, client leadership, and thought leadership, with a strong focus on delivering business impact. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients and executive stakeholders, leading end-to-end BI transformations, mentoring teams, and establishing best practices across modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, including dashboards, semantic models, and reporting frameworks
• Architect scalable data solutions and pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake
• Define and implement data modeling standards (star/snowflake schemas) and optimize performance at scale
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define data strategy, KPIs, and analytics roadmaps
• Own client relationships, ensuring successful delivery, value realization, and long-term partnerships
• Provide thought leadership in BI, analytics, and data architecture; drive innovation and adoption of best practices
• Mentor and guide teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability building
• Establish governance frameworks, data quality standards, and self-service BI enablement

• Deep expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, enterprise reporting)

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and performance optimization

• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake

• Expertise in data architecture, ETL/ELT, and scalable pipeline design

• Proven track record in stakeholder management, client leadership, and consulting delivery

• Strong communication and executive-level data storytelling skills Experience

• 10+ years in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Consulting

• Significant experience in client-facing leadership or consulting roles Nice to Have

• Python, dbt, Azure

• Experience with enterprise data strategy or large-scale transformations

• Industry domain expertise (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.)

Salary: 130,000-135,000 USD per year salary
