Job Summary: The Operations Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning. This position focuses on providing essential administrative, documentation, and process support, particularly in coordination with our partners. The specialist will leverage key tools like JIRA and Confluence and assist in testing activities, contributing to data integrity and streamlined operational workflows., * Perform accurate and timely data entry into various operational systems, including inventory management, CMDBs, and service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Administer and maintain team documentation within Confluence, including creating, editing, and organizing process guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Provide day-to-day process support for the NSS team, assisting with task coordination, information flow, and ensuring their activities align with Network Services' requirements.
- Manage and track tasks, issues, and project progress using JIRA, including creating tickets, updating workflows, generating reports, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in testing activities, such as basic functional testing of network changes or documentation of test results, to support quality assurance efforts.
- Support various administrative tasks including scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparing operational reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience with JIRA for task tracking and reporting.
- Experience with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
- Basic understanding of testing methodologies or experience in assisting with testing efforts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership.

Benefits & conditions
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
