Data Scientist

rWe are seeking a Data Scientist to build and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for large-scale data and document processing. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design models, develop production-ready solutions, and support AI/ML platforms in a modern cloud environment. \r\r, r\r \r

• Design and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions (RAG, document understanding, anomaly detection)\r
• Build, deploy, and maintain models using Python, ML frameworks, and cloud tools\r
• Develop scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and modern data platforms\r
• Collaborate with business teams to translate use cases into technical solutions\r
• Establish and support MLOps practices, model monitoring, and performance tuning\r
• Provide technical guidance and support for AI/ML initiatives\r

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science / ML / AI development\r
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with R or similar tools\r
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)\r
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering\r
• Experience working with unstructured data/document processing\r
• Knowledge of AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock)\r
• Experience with Databricks, PySpark, and modern data stacks\r
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills\r
