We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers) and a proven ability to lead, coach, and deliver scalable, secure solutions that handle large data volumes. This is a 6 Months, contract to hire role. On-site 5 days a week., * 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Triggers.

• Proven experience optimizing and managing large data volumes and platform performance.
• Strong leadership with the ability to coach engineers and lead technical discussions.
• Clear communication and executive presence with the ability to explain how solutions work at detail level.
• BA degree.
