Job description

TEKsystems has a short term 12 week contract need (could extend) onsite in Loveland CO area. We are looking for a Customer Data Validation Analyst who has experince within SAP enviroments and in the Order to Cash business stream (O2C)., TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Data Validation Analyst to support one of our enterprise clients, for a 12-week engagement with potential extension through the end of the year. This role focuses on new customer setup and customer master data accuracy within SAP, partnering closely with branch teams and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, accurate customer data., New Customer Setup & Validation Review newly created customer records in SAP completed by branch teams Validate customer master data for completeness and accuracy Identify and resolve errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies Make necessary corrections directly in SAP and confirm changes with branch teams Customer Change Requests Review customer master data change requests (e.g., name, address, customer details) Verify requested changes with internal stakeholders, including Credit, Accounts Payable, and branch personnel Accurately execute approved changes in SAP and ensure records remain compliant and consistent Stakeholder Communication Serve as a point of contact for branches regarding customer data questions Communicate primarily via Microsoft Teams and email Ensure clear documentation and confirmation of changes

Requirements

This is a hands-on, operational role requiring strong functional knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, particularly on the customer master side. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment., SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) functional knowledge o Strong preference for experience with customer master data Experience in data validation, data accuracy, or master data management Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter who can manage workload independently in an on-site environment

Nice-to-Have (but Not Required) Experience supporting large, distributed branch organizations Familiarity working with Credit or AP teams in an SAP environment Note: SQL and advanced Excel skills are not required for this role. Skills sap, o2c, Validation, data accuracy, customer support, excel pivot tables

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Loveland, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
