Requirements
- Must have Pega CSSA certification. Pega LSA certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks.
- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications
- Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning.
- Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and database management (SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to understand and breakdown the user stories into tasks
- Should be able to support and guide the team.
- Should have hands-on to execute the tasks individually.
- Should be able to update the daily report to leadership/ clients
- Must be able to prioritize the tasks based on urgency and need.
- Should be able to create and own High-Level design (HLD) and Low-Level design (LLD).
- Should be able to govern and manage the confluence/SharePoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Benefits & conditions
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
