Job description
Supports business intelligence efforts by gathering reporting requirements, maintaining BI tools and infrastructure, and developing reports and dashboards. Ensures data accuracy, system performance, and secure access. Collaborates with teams to optimize data flows and drive informed decision-making through effective analytics and visualization.
Principle Responsibilities
- Data Modeling, Design, and Development
- Collects and maintains the set of business reporting requirements.
- Sets up and maintains BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources.
- Communicates with operations leaders to determine specific business requirements for reports and business intelligence solutions.
- Reporting and Visualization
- Implements BI reports based on business requirements.
- Maintains an accurate and comprehensive inventory of data, data systems, and data storage.
- Assists in implementing effective business analytics practices that drive improved decision making, efficiency and performance.
- Data Analysis
- Implements BI reports based on business requirements.
- Maintains an accurate and comprehensive inventory of data, data systems, and data storage.
- Performance Optimization
- Works with data colleagues to propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed.
- Processes data extracts using data retrieval and management tools.
- Ensures optimum service to all internal and external partners in response to all requests for service and information.
- Ensures database integrity, security and optimized performance at the application and database level.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or related healthcare or scientific discipline, * Master's Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or related healthcare or scientific discipline
- 1+ years in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field. Includes proficiency in common tools and products such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlikview
- 1+ years experience in Electronic Health Record and/or Enterprise Resource Planning application reporting

- Remote schedule

Pay Range:
Pay Range: $31.07 to $42.59 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
