Job description
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Content Intelligence team, you will lead the development of ML models and systems, to assist with Content Understanding. You will work closely with product and engineering management to align technical requirements and opportunities with product goals. Your role will include:
- Leading the development and improvement of machine learning models that fuel innovation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious projects on time.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Staying current with the latest advancements in ML and AI to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying ML models into production.
- Strong knowledge of Python and Python-based ML and Data Science frameworks, with proficiency in at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience leading major successful initiatives.
- Experience working with both research and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- A degree in computer science, statistics, operations research, applied physics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Benefits & conditions
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $172,500 -- $306,625 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $211,800 - $306,625In Washington, the pay range for this position is $201,000 - $291,150
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
