Job description
In this job, you will: * Lead a team to execute modeling and simulation. * Perform modeling and simulation for the conceptual design of EW systems to predict system level performance at the algorithm and the hardware level. * Determine the functional architecture / framework of EW system performance models. * Develop performance models of EW systems to be incorporated into a modeling & simulation framework. * Perform analyses against system performance requirements to verify compliance and/or make recommendations about proposed requirements changes. * Build a strong linkage between the actual hardware/emulators and performance models. * Validate work against real and simulated data - making corrections for non-ideal data artifacts. * Collaborate across engineering disciplines and business areas to develop performance models with right-sized fidelity. * Support program gates such as preliminary design review, critical design review, and technical interchange

Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of: * 10+ Years with BS * 8+ Years with MS * 6+ Years with PhD * Possess an Active Secret Clearance with ability to possess Top Secret with Special Access clearances * Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test) through production * Modeling and simulation experience in an embedded system. * Experience with MATLAB and C/C++ design and programming (Windows and Linux)

Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
