We're looking for an Observability Engineer to enhance visibility into restaurant systems by building dashboards, integrating pipelines, and enabling proactive detection of issues. You'll work across teams to maintain system stability, ensure reliable data flows, and support production operations. What You'll Do

• Build and enhance dashboards based on business needs.
• Monitor and maintain system stability across environments.
• Analyze logs, traces, and metrics; resolve production issues.
• Manage IT projects, documentation, and process improvements.
