Job description
Duties: Architect, plan, design, engineer, and provide Tier 3 global support for the Enterprise's network infrastructure, network security infrastructure, E-Commerce environment, remote access, multimedia technology, and Data Center Engineering. Support the public cloud infrastructure. Lead a variety of projects and improvements. Perform work in accordance with standards and methodologies. Develop strategies for complex projects and participate in large projects. Lead the identification and resolution of problems utilizing structured tools and techniques. Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members. Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation to ensure business continuity in case of network outages or failures.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Information Systems (will accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience with enterprise class technologies, including DNS, Load Balancing, Cryptography, Routing, Switching, and troubleshooting application performance issues as the relate to the network. Position requires experience in the following: Five (5) years of experience leading and mentoring employees. Experience designing and implementing complex network infrastructures using Cisco, Juniper, and Arista technologies. Experience leading network projects, managing timelines, and delivering outcomes using Agile methodologies. Experience implementing network security measures, including firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto), VPNs, IDS/IPS, and NAC solutions. Experience diagnosing and resolving network issues promptly using tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Splunk. Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience designing and implementing network technologies and best practices, including SD-WAN, MPLS, and cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure).

This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
