Requirements
As a Senior And Midlevel Software Engineer (Full Stack), you are a strong team contributor who brings ownership, urgency, curiosity, and creativity across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). You execute architectural and implementation designs with reliability, taking responsibility for the quality, sustainability, and outcomes of the systems and features you build. You apply sound technical judgment and business context to decision-making, tackling complex problems with curiosity and creativity to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions. You demonstrate a clear sense of urgency in delivering customer value, balancing speed with engineering excellence. Through clear communication and active collaboration, you elevate engineering quality and team effectiveness by strengthening shared standards and fostering accountability and learning. You take ownership beyond individual tasks by proactively identifying risks, improving systems, and helping remove blockers to drive collective success.
Typical experience for this level is four to eight years of engineering work., + Four to eight years' developing enterprise-grade software solutions.

Demonstrated performance as an accomplished team contributor with competency in technical skills, mentorship, and collaboration.

The ability to lead or significantly contribute to code reviews, support implementation design decisions, and provide team-level SME input.

Experience across the full SDLC: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Technical Skills (Tech Stack)

Experience with Python for services or automation.

Proficiency with modern JavaScript and React; React Query preferred.

Experience with microservice or micro-frontend architectures.

Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions.

Experience with SQL.

Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.
