Project Manager - Applications

• Oversee the full lifecycle of healthcare application projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and business stakeholders to define project objectives and success metrics.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets while mitigating risks and resolving issues.
• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational strategies and participate in governance and steering committee activities.
• Partner with clinical teams to understand workflows and deliver solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure smooth transitions and operational readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contract terms.
• Utilize tools like monday.com to track progress, maintain transparency, and standardize reporting practices.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and deliver executive dashboards to report on outcomes.

• Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally within healthcare IT.
• Proven track record in delivering healthcare application projects across clinical and operational domains.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with tools like monday.com and expertise in IT governance.
• Knowledge of EHR systems, revenue cycle processes, and application management.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
